Sunday... Checking in...

1. Could get a bit stormy later this afternoon and evening. Some storms could push severe limits. So, just keep and eye to the sky and on News 14 Carolina for the latest. Cold front creeps in, through, and south, and then back north as a warm front on Tuesday. Storms today and Monday; storm are less likely Tuesday. Mid week looks quiet, with another around of action to end the week.

2. Have worked back into eating some solid foods. I'm staying away from fatty stuff, no red meats and sticking close to keeping the issue simple for my digestive track. Monday should be the day I am referred to a surgeon, who will then evaluate whether or not, the gallbladder comes out. I'd by lying if I said that I didn't feel like I was sort of being bum rushed towards surgery on this issue. I'm wondering if some sort of other approach shouldn't at least be examined. Like our fast food, fast life, instant gratification society, this whole situation seems to be moving but one way, and not really looking at other methods; if any apply. Can't really say if I am right or wrong as I have not been through the medical system since my tonsils were removed when I was 6 or 7 ? This week I turn 45; you get the idea. It's all very Sweeney Todd too me. Acupuncture anyone or is that just a fools errand?

3. Well got to get things in gear and start cooking for the week. Nothing complex, will be keeping it simple stupid with chicken, turkey meatballs and some veggies. That Turkey meatball yesterday, tasted like NY Strip!
